Basic Financial Intelligence, also commonly called Finance
for Non-Financial Employees, are training programs targeted
for employees who have little or no experience with financial
concepts and statements. Each program is customized to your
organization’s philosophy and strategy, income statement,
key numbers, and employee line of sight. The typical program
is four hours, but can be reduced to two hours or expanded
to a full day whatever your learning objectives require.
Finance Basics
A basics class starts the transformation process. With the trust and information communicated, employees begin to work toward improvement. As a result of these programs, our clients have reported improved employee motivation and satisfaction, goal achievement, and reduced turnover.
“We’ve worked with the Business Literacy Institute on two business literacy programs. We count both programs as some of our best successes.”
