Joe’s financial expertise is grounded in reality. As CFO of Setpoint Companies, he led the engineering firm to become an Inc. 500 company. Setpoint was featured in Inc. magazine and in the Jack Stack and Bo Burlingham book A Stake in the Outcome. Joe also continues to teach at the University of Phoenix and Westminster College, and is a frequent guest lecturer at Brigham Young University. Joe has also worked at Ford Motor Company, Bell & Howell, and Arrow Dynamics, so he knows the business and financial issues facing large, medium, and small companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business administration from University of California, Berkeley.
