Financial Transparency Coaching
Much of the focus of financial transparency has been on the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley. Internal financial transparency is another element critical to long-term success creating a system that ensures everyone understands the financial side of the business and sees the numbers on a regular basis. The result of internal financial transparency is less risk of someone "cooking the books" and a consistent focus on the financial side of the business, leading to stronger decision-making and an aligned workforce.
One-On-One Financial Intelligence Coaching
One-on-one coaching is for any manager or leader who wants or needs assistance in understanding basic, intermediate, or advanced financial concepts. You can arrange for coaching for yourself or for your direct-reports whom you are developing. Caoching topics include reading financial statements, analyzing budgets, conducting ratio analysis and analyzing capital projects. Coaching is typically over the phone, in one hour sessions.
